I never expected fertility to become the central story of my life—but like so many others, it did.

What began as hope slowly transformed into questions, waiting rooms, silence, and moments I didn’t yet have language for. Along the way, I learned that fertility isn’t just a medical experience—it’s an emotional and spiritual journey. It touches identity, relationships, grief,  the way we imagine our futures and beyond what we can see.

I created this space to offer what I was searching for myself: clear information without coldness, honesty without fear-mongering, and words that don’t rush people toward silver linings.

My book, Finding Arien, grew out of this same place—a need to explore the emotional terrain of longing, uncertainty, and resilience. This website is its companion: a living, breathing space for reflection, education, and connection.
